Candace Hudert (any pronouns) is a multidisciplinary mess-maker and artist from Richmond, VA. From creating video games, to directing theatre, to writing for animation and more, his work is clown and queer. It aims to stretch the world into something more caring, more attentive, more curious, more liberated, and more playful. Xe studied directing at Sarah Lawrence College and the National Theater Institute, physical theatre at Accademia dell’Arte in Arezzo, Italy, and clowning at Mooseburger Clown Arts Camp.
